Automatic Delivery

This FREE service assures you of worry-free supply and comfort. Our state-of-the-art computer will forecast your fuel consumption using precise calculations based on the daily temperature, past usage and tank size - allowing us to determine when you need a delivery. Plus, as an automatic delivery customer, you are eligible for valuable extras like our Budget Plan and our Service Plan.

Important note to our automatic delivery customers: If you're on automatic delivery now and your heating requirements change, please let us know. For example, if there's a new baby in your home or if remodeling has increased your home's size, we need to know so we can adjust the timing of your deliveries to reflect your increased, or decreased, need for fuel.

Will-Call Delivery

Some customers prefer to watch their own tank levels and call us when they need a refill. We request that the office be notified at least two business days prior to delivery. A minimum of 150 gallons must be ordered per delivery.

Payment Options

We have several helpful payment options for you:

• Automatic payment: Your credit card will automatically be billed for your delivery and service charges. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards.
• Budget billing: We divide your fuel bills into 10 equal monthly payments throughout the year.
• Pre-pay: You pay for all your fuel in advance of the heating season, which is typically when fuel prices are lowest.
