Recognized as the leader in oil-fired water heaters, Bock provides quality in construction, efficiency in performance and durability in operation. The company's patented, multi-finned Turboflue® transfers more than twice as much heat to the domestic water as its competitors, minimizing heat loss up the chimney. What does this mean for you? A hotter, quicker shower, energy and water conservation, and lower bills. Bock also manufactures indirect water heaters (see below).
A Phase III® indirect-fired water heater, when combined with any boiler, offers domestic hot water supply rates and operating cost efficiencies that are second to none. With a recovery rate up to three times faster than a conventional gas or electric water heater, the Phase III heats more hot water with less fuel for real energy savings. Its exclusive self-cleaning, self-descaling design prevents the buildup of minerals and lime that can reduce performance. The Phase III uses exclusive "Tank-in-Tank" technology and 2 inches of polyurethane foam insulation. It is covered by a limited lifetime warranty.
Bock's SideKick™ Indirect Coil Tank water heaters offer a cost-effective water heating alternative. These units use indirect water-to-water heat transfer by circulating boiler-fed hot water through a coil inside the water tank. They're ideal for applications that use boilers for space heating.
While traditional systems simply heat the air, radiant systems radiate heat evenly and consistently - and are quiet, clean, economical and super-efficient. REHAU's radiant heating system works by circulating warm water through a network of cross-linked polyethylene pipes placed in the floor. Energy efficient, it works with a variety of heat sources and floor coverings.
Nothing is more comfortable than a warm towel after a bath or a shower. Towel warmers from Buderus are the perfect combination of contemporary styling and economical luxury. Towel warmers are also an excellent way to add heat and remove humidity and dampness from any bathroom. Available in a variety of sizes, Buderus towel warmers will complement any bathroom décor.
Similar to radiant heat, this system uses hot water heated by a boiler to heat a space by a combination of radiation and convection. Hot water heated by boiler is piped to "fin-tube" baseboard units mounted along walls. The fins increase the surface area of heat dissipation making the unit more efficient. Air is then distributed by convection as air rises and is heated by the baseboard unit. Baseboard radiant heating is both quiet and energy-efficient.
The DF Series oil-fired furnace is actually two systems in one. As a powerful air handler, it can handle up to 3 tons of cooling. As an oil-fired furnace, its range of heating capacities makes it a perfect match for the heating requirements of almost any manufactured home. The aluminized steel heat exchanger provides efficient operation and unmatched corrosion resistance. Universal disposable filters clean the air and are easy to replace. Sealed combustion draws in combustion air directly from the outside, providing quiet operation while increasing operating efficiency and reducing cold drafts.
